A: Nope! You go about your day. As long as your bins are out on the curb (or accessible), we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll even text you when they are sparkling clean and place them back at your desired location once service has been completed

A. We’ve tried! It just never works out. Due to inconsistencies in pickup times for each waste hauler and bin type, we end up having to wait on the trash truck, and working into the night. It’s difficult to properly clean and sanitize bins when we can’t see them!
Most cleanings will be scheduled for the day after trash pickup. Just leave them out like you do on trash day and we’ll handle the rest!

A. No worries! There are a couple of ways to contact us for service change requests.
Through the “Requests” tab in your customer portal. Once there, click the button for a new request. You can submit any changes you would like through this section.
Just send us a text message. You will receive a service confirmation text message the day prior to every cleaning, perfect opportunity to cancel or reschedule a cleaning
Logistics

A: We take it with us! Our trucks are self-contained. We blast away the grime, catch the dirty water in our truck, and recycle it properly at a treatment facility.

A: We prioritize safety and the environment. We use 200°F high-pressure water to kill bacteria and biodegradable, eco-friendly deodorizers to make them smell fresh. It’s tough on germs but safe for your children, pets and lawn.

A: Try it for yourself! Absolutely. The smell usually comes from bacteria buildup in the nooks and crannies of the bin. Our high-heat wash kills the bacteria at the source, rather than just covering it up with perfume.
The Process

A: Never. You can pause, cancel, or switch your plan anytime. We want you to stay because you love the service, not because you were lured into signing a service contract

A: You are charged on the day of cleaning, only after your service has been completed. We only ask that a card remain on file beforehand

A: Not at all! Our minimum charge covers 2 bins but you are welcome to pick any number of bins upon sign up
